the next conference of the German Chapter of the European Women in Mathematics will take place at the Unversity of Bielefeld on 9–10 June 2017.


This conference is part of the conference program of the DFG-sponsored CRC 701 "Spectral Structures and Topological Methods in Mathematics" at the University of Bielefeld.

Everyone is welcome to participate. 

A limited number of slots for contributed talks by female scientists is available, and a poster session can be organized to provide opportunity for all participants to present their work. If you would like to give a presentation (talk or poster), please provide title and abstract with your registration. Proposals for contributions should be submitted by 25 May 2017.

Limited financial support is available for female participants. Requests for support (travel expenditure and/or accommodation) must be received with your registration for the workshop and at the latest by 25 May 2017.

Upon request, child care can be arranged. Please let us know well in advance if you intend to be accompanied by your children.
