Calderon Prize for Carola-Bibiane Schönlieb
EWM convenor Carola-Bibiane Schönlieb (University of Cambridge) has received the Calderon Prize of The Inverse Problems International Association (IPIA).
The Calderon Prize is a prestigious prize awarded to a researcher under the age of 40 who has made distinguished contributions to the field of inverse problems.
Carola-Bibiane Schönlieb is an Austrian mathematician who works in image processing and partial differential equations. She is a Fellow of Jesus College, Cambridge and a Professor in Applied and Computational Analysis in the Department of Applied Mathematics and Theoretical Physics at the University of Cambridge.
