The Korteweg-de Vries Institute for Mathematics (KdVI) invites you to apply for a PhD position focused on graph/matroid polynomials and their applications. This position will support research in algebraic and topological graph theory, especially graph polynomials and their applications. You should enjoy working with graphs, digraphs, ribbon graphs, or matroids, particularly by using algebraic and computational tools to extract information from their polynomial invariants.
