This permanent fulltime position at TU Berlin – salary grade W3 – requires research and teaching in the area of numerical methods for partial differential equations. Areas of research expertise of applicants should include but are not limited to:
Mathematical analysis of modern methods for the numerical approximation of complex problems in PDEs;
Developing efficient and robust methods for solving PDEs;
Applications of PDEs in the natural and engineering sciences.
