You believe mathematics needs more diversity? You love to work with smart people who are passionate about their work? Then you will love this opportunity:

European Women in Mathematics (EWM) is looking for two new website team members in the following specializations:

1. Content editor (website and advocacy)

You have ideas how to increase the visibility of EWM and women mathematicians. You can communicate effectively and write short, appealing content that brings our message across.

You assist EWM in its operational work and engage in our advocacy campaigns, e.g. the Corona Crisis and the Leicester redundancy case.

2. Content editor (news and knowledge)

You are posting breaking news about women in mathematics (awards, prizes, memberships…) on our website. You highlight the activities of EWM and our members and bring valuable information collected by our members in an easily accessible form.

We offer a warm atmosphere in our team of volunteers, which is highly committed to EWMs mission. We provide flexible working hours, individual support and are happy to provide references for your future employment.

Prior knowledge in wordpress or science communication is not necessary, but if you do want to share your previous experience, a link to your own website or some other information about yourself, it is very much welcome.
