The Department of Mathematics is seeking established scientists with a recognised record of high impact research in Mathematical Analysis and a potential for excellence and leadership. The successful candidate will be expected to actively contribute to the department’s academic program, its strategy and governance, as well as submitting grant applications. The opening is a permanent position at the level of Associate Professor in Mathematical Analysis (MAT/05). The Department welcomes applications from qualified women for improving the gender balance of its faculty. Knowledge of the Italian language is required.
