As part of the conference GABY 2024 in Milano – Bicocca, we present  the second edition of our Equity Diversity Inclusion Session:

The EDI Session will take place in the afternoon of Tuesday June 18th at the University of Milano – Bicocca, starting at 4.30pm, and it will be open to everyone (not only the registered participants of the conference GABY 2024).

During this event we will reflect on “privileges”,  to be understood in a neutral sense as greater access to certain resources given by social disparity. We believe it is important to reflect together on the privileges that each person can have and on how it is possible to use one’s privilege to give a voice to those who do not have it in this society, in particular in our everyday academic life. The EDI Session is an opportunity to take part in interactive activities on these themes and to share experiences in a friendly environment.
