The Department of Mathematics at the University of Luxembourg
anticipates the possible opening of a Full professor position in the
area of Geometry or Algebraic Geometry. The position comes with a
competitive salary and significant resources for research, including a
share of the Department budget as well as associated PhD and/or
postdoctoral positions.

Candidates who hold, or plan to apply for, an ERC grant will receive
particular consideration. For woman candidates, the UL will
additionally offer a 5-year Anne Beffort Chair, providing an
