Dear mathematicians,

The first in-person MathSEE symposium will take place from Sep 27^th – 29^th 2023 at KIT. Besides several plenary lectures, contributed talks and a poster session, the symposium will feature a panel discussion on the topic of “interdisciplinary mathematical research: opportunities and challenges”.

The abstract submission for the symposium is now open until the 31st May 2023 for oral (20 minutes duration) as well as poster presentations on applications of following mathematical methods among others (for this kindly suggest a track with title, a short description and a contributed talks as multiples of 3):

• Mathematical structures: Shapes, Geometry, Number Theory and Algebra
• Mathematical Modeling, Differential Equations, Numerics and Simulation
• Inverse problems and Optimization
• Stochastic Modeling, Statistical Data Analysis and Forecasting
