to be filled as soon as possible. The prerequisites are a diploma or master degree in mathematics (or neighboring fields). The PhD should be completed or very close to completion. The successful candidate will have interest in applied mathematics, in particular in applied analysis, and has profound knowledge in at least two of the following areas: functional analysis, nonlinear partial differential equations, calculus of variations, quantum mechanics, reaction-diffusion systems, mathematical modeling in fluid or solid mechanics, numerical simulation of nonlinear problems.
