Assistant Professor in Mathematics 2683 – Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh

The Department of Mathematics wishes to appoint an assistant professor to strengthen and complement the expertise of the Maxwell Institute and Heriot Watt’s School of Mathematical and Computer Sciences. We are open to all mathematicians, and are particularly interested in appointing a candidate working in areas at the interface of Mathematics with either Computer Science/AI, Quantum Physics or Biology, who will grasp the many opportunities to develop connections with world-leading groups across the university and contribute to the success of our Global Research Institutes and Frontier Research.
