Assistant Professor of Mathematics and its Applications University of Birmingham, Edgbaston, Birmingham UK

We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Professor with a background in mathematics, statistics, data science or related disciplines who is excited about performing cutting-edge research with a real-world impact. You will engage with and work closely with industrial and other external collaborators to deliver results that are not only scientifically exciting but also help to solve industrial and societal problems with transformative potential. You will join our School at an exciting time of growth in this area, with colleagues working on problems in many areas including in health, sustainability, engineering or crime.
