20 PhD and 10 PostDoc positions in “Geometry and Arithmetic of Uniformized Structures (GAUS)” (Germany)

The DFG-funded “Sonderforschungsbereich” CRC 326 GAUS

“Geometry and Arithmetic of Uniformized Structures (GAUS)”

located at Goethe-Universität Frankfurt, at Technische Universität Darmstadt, and at Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg, with partners at Johannes-Gutenberg Universität Mainz and Technische Universität München will be launched on July 1st, 2021.

It invites applications for
20 Research Assistants / PhD-Students (m/f/d)
and
10 Postdoctoral researchers (m/f/d)

for the duration of 3 years (PhD) resp. of 2 years (postdoc) on a fixed-term basis. The research projects and participating
scientists are listed in detail on the CRC website at crc326gaus.de. Candidates for the research assistant positions must have
completed a degree (Diploma or Master) in mathematics or a related subject. Candidates for the postdoctoral positions must
hold a PhD in mathematics or a related subject.
