We are looking for a postdoc willing to undertake work at IMPAN (Institute of Mathematics of the Polish Academy of Sciences) in Warsaw on the Opus 19 project Analysis of asymptotic and nonconvex problems of stochastic control with applications, collaborating with other team members.

Requirements:

• PhD degree in the area broadly related to the project, awarded not earlier than 7 years before taking up the position (parental leaves will be taken into account) , or open pHD process with thesis send to the reviewers
• knowledge of stochastic control theory and probablity in a wide sense.
• Full time position at IMPAN on two years before the contract is not allowed

Employment conditions:
• 12 months’ long contract starting between the 1st of October 2022 and the 1st January 2023
• purely research position (no teaching requirements)
• monthly salary before tax 10.000 PLN per month (after tax around 6.000 PLN)
