The Institute Mathematics of the Polish Academy of Sciences
announces an open call
for a full-time temporary research post-doc position, financed by a National Science Center (Poland) OPUS 21 project
“Holomorphic dynamics, fractals, thermodynamic formalism”
(Principal investigator: prof. dr hab. Feliks Przytycki)

This period may be extended in some cases in particular in case of child birth, parenthood breaks and/or sickness leaves.

The candidate must have experience and/or strong research potential in the theory of dynamical systems especially in holomorphic dynamics and theory of fractals. Expertise in smooth dynamics, geometric measure theory and analysis in one complex variable is an advantage.

Procedure

Applications including a research statement, curriculum vitae, list of publications, copies of the most important articles, three letters of recommendation (sent directly by their authors) and consent to processing of personal data, should be sent before March 7th, 2022 by e-mail to feliksp@impan.pl (subject: POST-DOC OPUS).
