I am advertising a 2-year postdoctoral position for research on categorification and quantum topology, e.g. towards link homology and TQFT. It is based in the Department of Mathematics at the University of Hamburg, Germany, and funded through the federal cluster of excellence “Quantum Universe”.

The position comes with independent travel money and without teaching duties (but voluntary teaching in English is possible). The salary is the standard 100% salary for postdocs according to the Federal German payment scale TV-L. The ideal starting date is in fall 2022, but can be discussed. The application deadline is 28th January.
