Postdoc in mathematical modelling of multiple long-term health conditions, University of Southampton

The School of Mathematical Sciences at the University of Southampton is seeking to recruit a postdoc with skills in computational stochastic modelling to model the development of multiple long-term health conditions across the lifetime.

The MELD-B research project brings together researchers in public health, statistical epidemiology, mathematical sciences and information systems to study the burden experienced by patients living with conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, asthma, depression and anxiety, along with the timeline of developing conditions, in order to understand better how people develop complex and burdensome combinations of conditions and identify opportunities to intervene.

The postdoc position is available immediately and runs until 28/02/25. See here for the full job ad and how to apply: https://jobs.soton.ac.uk/Vacancy.aspx?ref=1810822PJ-R
