Postdoctoral Research Assistant in Postdoctoral Research Assistant in Supersymmetric Field Theory and String Theory
We invite applications for a Postdoctoral Research Assistant position to work with Sakura Schafer-Nameki, at the Mathematical Institute, University of Oxford. This is a two year fixed-term position and funded by an ERC Consolidator Grant.
The successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out research on the ERC project. Manage own academic research and administrative activities. This involves small scale project management, to co-ordinate multiple aspects of work to meet deadlines.
Applicants should have a PhD awarded, before the starting date of the position in an area related to theoretical and mathematical physics together with the ability to pursue independent research, both technically and in developing ideas.
