Within the new RTG Rigorous Analysis of Complex Random Systems at the University of Münster there is an opening for a postdoc position for 3-years starting in October 2025.

The central theme of the RTG is the rigorous mathematical understanding of how probabilistic systems, modelled at a microscopic level, behave effectively at a macroscopic scale. In the RTG we investigate models from e.g. statistical mechanics, stochastic homogenisation, machine learning, and random discrete structures.
