The Financial and Actuarial Mathematics Group (FAM) of TU Wien invites applications for predoctoral position (PhD student) in the area of financial mathematics.

The contract is for 4 years, within which the candidate is expected to finish his PhD thesis. The position can be filled earliest on September 1, 2021.

Possible research topics include asymptotic methods in mathematical finance and rough volatility models, but candidates interested in other areas of mathematical finance are also invited to apply.
