Unestablished Lectureship in Probability (Fixed-Term)

Applications are invited for a temporary University Lectureship to commence on 1 October 2021 or by agreement. Appointment will be made at an appropriate point on the scale for University Lecturers and will be a period of one year only.

Applicants should hold a PhD or equivalent in mathematics or statistics and be able to demonstrate an outstanding research record in an area of Probability, as well as an ability to lecture a range of courses in the Mathematical Tripos.

The successful candidate will be expected to carry out research, give undergraduate and masters-level lectures, and perform other usual departmental duties such as those associated with examinations.
